Questions parents ask us
Does my child need any soccer experience?
No. Beginners are welcome at every age from 5 to 9, including kids starting at 8 or 9. Some players are brand new and others already play rec. Coaches adjust activities and challenges so each child works at the right level, and they'll recommend the best class after the free visit.
How long is each class?
Every class, including the free class, is 50 minutes.
Which class should I choose?
Choose the class that matches your child's age in the class name. Ages overlap by a year on purpose, so if your child is right on the line, either works. After the free class, your coach will recommend the best fit.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable athletic clothes, sneakers or indoor soccer shoes (no cleats needed), and a water bottle. We provide the balls and all the equipment.
What happens during the free trial?
Your child joins a regular class: a warm-up, skill games, and small-sided play with kids their own age. It's a real class, not a demo. Afterward, the coach will share what they saw and answer your questions.
How large are the classes?
We keep groups small, with at least one coach for every six players. Your child gets attention, feedback, and plenty of time on the ball.
Who is the free class for?
First-time participants. Each child gets one free class. Just register on this page, no code needed.
What happens after the trial?
Whatever you decide. If Soccer HQ is a fit, plans start at $150 a month and you can cancel anytime. If it's not, no hard feelings.
